UCF-CEI provides entrepreneurship education and research opportunities to everyone in the university community. We accomplish this by offering entrepreneurship courses for undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Business, and partnering with other programs that provide complementary disciplinary and industry depth. We also maintain resources and facilities while conducting basic research that improves our understanding of new venture emergence and success. Our mission is carefully integrated with those of the university's Economic Development Office, Technology Transfer Office, Technology Incubator, Venture Lab, and Small Business Development Center to enhance UCF's overall capacity for research commercialization, new venture creation, and economic development.
